You can upload downloadable documents to Words, Phrases, Songs, and Stories. This is helpful when you want to share resources with community members and learners. In this example we will show how to add a document to a word. We will not go through all the steps of creating a new word just how to add a document. |

Allowable formats are txt, rtf, csv and pdf. We ask that the max amount will be 300MB. |
The add document is on the second page under Add media and other info.

Then you can choose a document already in your media or upload a new document. Click the Green Upload button at the bottom and then click Upload New Documents at the top of the screen.

Then when you are finished creating the word the Related Documents Box will appear on the page for that word. If it is on a song or story it will appear at the bottom of the song or story page.
